What this site keeps track of
I use PostHog to see which pages people visit and how they use the site: how you found it, which pages you read, what you click and what kind of device you're on. It can also record a visit as a replay of the scrolling and clicking, so I can spot where something is confusing. Anything you type into a form is hidden from those recordings.
PostHog keeps a cookie in your browser so it can tell a return visit from a first one. It doesn't know who you are unless you tell me.
What the booking form asks for
When you ask for a call, the form sends me your name, your business's name, an email address or phone number, the day and time you'd like, and, if you want, a note about what's bugging you.
I use that only to get back to you. It's saved in my database (Railway) and emailed to me (Resend). If you leave an email address, you get a confirmation too.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it.
What I don't do
I don't sell your information or hand it to anyone to market to you. There are no ad networks on this site.
Want it deleted?
Email hello@oxbham.com and I'll delete what I have about you: your booking request and the site's records of your visits. I read that inbox myself.
