The Kairos Audit kairos: Greek for “the right moment”
One week to know exactly what to fix first.
Instead of a vague proposal, you get me digging through how your business actually runs, then a written list of what to fix, in what order, and what each fix is worth.
What I look at
- Point of sale Square, Toast, Clover and how sales flow out of it
- Books QuickBooks or Xero, and whether they match the bank
- Phones Missed calls, voicemail, who picks up after hours
- Website Whether it brings people in or just sits there
- Payments + fees What processing really costs you each month
- Ads + socials What you spend and post, and what it brings back
- Google profile + reviews How you show up on Maps and in AI answers
- Where AI fits One or two jobs it can take off your plate
How the week goes
- Day 1 Kickoff, in person or on a call You walk me through a normal day and everything that bugs you. I get logins to look, never to change.
- Days 2 to 4 I dig in I trace money, calls and customers through your tools and find where things leak.
- Day 5 Walkthrough We go through the list together. You decide what happens next. No pressure to hire me.

Pick a time. It's free.
20 minutes to see if the audit makes sense for you. If it doesn't, I'll tell you, and probably point you to someone who can help.
